HISTORY:

This unsual and attractive National Socialist Driving Corps plaque was issued during the Plebiscite of 10th April 1938 which was held in Austria to confirm the Anschluss with Germany. Different sources state that this was either an arm shield or a plaque for vehicles used by election assistants.
